Sydney-based designer Christopher Doyle took time out from his day job at Moon Group, to produce a set of Personal Identity Guidelines for himself. Written like the guidelines to a corporate brand,  the content actually specifies details of his personal appearance – how to dress, appropriate tone of voice etc. As many bloggers have already pointed out, this is a fantastically successful self-promotional project because it makes you think “Damn, I wish I’d thought of that first!”. There’s a good interview with Christopher here, in which he discusses the award he won for the project.
